The California Wine Festival will host a Riedel "Glassware Journey" tasting/seminar where attendees will explore how the shape and size of the glass effects the perception of the wine on the palate. This educational and fun seminar and wine tasting will be conducted by an expert from the world famous Riedel Glassware Company, preeminent wine glassware manufacturer. Each attendee will receive their own set (to take home) of four varietal specific wine glasses (valued at $123) for the seminar/tasting. The mission of the Foodbank is to provide nourishment to those in need by acquiring and distributing safe nutritious foods via local agencies and providing education to solve hunger and nutrition problems in Santa Barbara County. During 2009, the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County distributed 9.2 million pounds of food from two warehouse locations in Santa Barbara and Santa Maria.

A portion of net proceeds is donated to the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County.
